Judge all you want...

Fuzzy Bear with a penis, Elf, Mushroom, Fuzzy Bear without a penis, Mini Elvis, Mini Gaga, Mini Psy, Mini Britney, are just a few of the characters that I've embraced in 2013. Every performance is different and entails different duties. One moment you're acting, the next you're dancing, and before you know it you're singing!

What was your dream when you were a child? "When I grow up I want to be...."?? My answer was always performing, singing, and entertaining. Proud to say I'm accomplishing that dream before my eyes. Is it exactly the way I planned?? Absolutely not! That's actually what I love most about my world. Every job is a new learning experience, a new dance lesson, a new vocal challenge.

It's been 20 days since my father passed. Every morning I call my mom, followed by staring at the listing "Dad" under my favorites on my cell. No matter how the world was judging me, or "how I should represent little people differently", Dad always supported me. When I showed him a picture of me in a bear suit with a penis for a Jaime Kennedy feature, he said "That's great! Can you send that to my email?" Even when I was doing outrageous jobs, he supported me and pushed me to succeed in this world. The last conversation I had with him was about the Today Show with Miley Cyrus. He wanted to tell all of his friends when I was on television even though he was in the hospital recovering from his second liver transplant. That's what I call love. That man was my Dad.

Do I have a line that I draw on character jobs? Believe it or not, Yes! I've turned down many jobs that I didn't feel comfortable performing. I've also walked out on a few jobs where I was put in uncomfortable situations. The word "midget" is very offensive in my eyes. Why? Well, for starters I'm not a midget. There are a plethora of reasons to describe my dislike of the infamous word, but no need to bore you with those technicalities. Bottom line, I decline any job the word midget is involved in the production or associated in describing the character.

Ironically for all of the antagonizing press she has endured, Miley is one of the most positive people I've had the pleasure of performing with. An original woman of confidence and strength that can sing her knickers off! It's an honor to work for Ms. Cyrus.

End of the day I'm proud of the woman I've become. There is nobody else like me. There is nobody else like you. Your world is only as perfect as you make it.
